Bouquet and Bordeaux was born from a simple belief that beauty belongs in the everyday. Inspired by the romance of Parisian flower shops and the warmth of Southern gathering places, we created a space where wine, flowers, coffee, and craft come together under one roof.
Here, mornings begin with handcrafted espresso and fresh pastries. Afternoons unfold over floral arranging and lingering conversation. And evenings settle in with curated wines, artisanal bites, and the kind of company that makes you want to stay a little longer

Founder | Managing DirectorI’m a Seminole, Florida native—having called this area home since I was 12—and I’ve developed a deep connection to this community over the years. I’m also a proud mom to an amazing son and a beautiful daughter-in-law, and life at home is never dull thanks to my two crazy corgis who keep things fun. I’ve always had a love for peonies—they’re my absolute favorite—and you can usually find me with a glass of Evolution No. 7 from Sokol Blosser in hand.
With a professional background in HR, I’ve spent my career focused on people—understanding what brings them together, what inspires them, and how to create environments where they feel connected and valued.
I founded Bouquet & Bordeaux out of a passion for bringing people together in a meaningful way—blending creativity, connection, and a little indulgence. I wanted to create a space that reflects the community I’ve grown up in, where others can slow down, share experiences, and enjoy the beauty of flowers, wine, and good company all in one place.
Operations DirectorJessica Greenfield
Jessica, our Operations Director, is a Pinellas County native with over 20 years of experience in retail and hospitality, including extensive multi-unit leadership experience. Having worked every position within restaurants, she brings a deep, hands-on understanding of operations, paired with the strategic oversight needed to create seamless, elevated experiences.
She’s also a proud mom to four fabulous kids and a devoted dog mom to two, balancing it all with strength and grace. Her favorite flower, the desert rose, reflects who she is—resilient, refined, and shaped by experience, with a beauty that comes from thriving in any environment. And when it’s time to unwind, her go-to is a glass of Vietti Moscato d’Asti.
